    Together again!! Dolores Marie Nease, 86, of Hot Springs Village passed away February 2, 2015 to join her loving husband Jack Walter Nease in Heaven. Dolores was born on January 19, 1929 to Frank and Freda Harper Seng in Beatrice, Nebraska.

    She was known to friends as Dee. Dee was a very active member of the Christ Lutheran Church. Dee lead and served on multiple committees through the years but her favorite was singing in the choir and ringing bells. Outside of church Dee enjoyed playing Mahjong until her hands wouldn’t cooperate and being an active member of the Lioness Club of Hot Springs.
    During Dee’s work life she served as secretary to Mr. See of See’s candy in California. Dee was also a secretary for the Department of the US Navy in Washington DC. When the family moved to Waco, Texas Dee worked at Kiddies Closet and went on to retire from Sears.

    She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 57 years Jack Walter Nease, and her brother Bob Seng, Sr.
    She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Kevin) Higar of Celina, Texas, Joni Crawford of Benton, Louisiana, 2 Grandchildren Megan Reeves and Sydney Higar and also 2 Great-grandchildren Layla and Jackson Reeves.

    A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church in Hot Springs Village.

    In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made in honor of Dee Nease to Christ Lutheran Church.
